Appellant, Jude Ramirez (“Ramirez”), requests that this Court vacate his convictions for Aggravated Rape in the First Degree, an act of Domestic Violence, in violation of title 14, section 1700(a)(1) and title 16, section 91(b)(6) of the Virgin Islands Code, and two counts of Unlawful Sexual Contact in the First Degree, an act of Domestic Violence, in violation of title 14, section 1708(2) and title 16, section 91(b)(5) of the Virgin Islands Code.
