SULLIVAN, J.
In an amended and consolidated information defendant Sam Shells, Jr., was charged with the kidnaping, rape, and oral copulation (Pen. Code, §§ 207, 261.3 and 288 a respectively) of Dorene K., and the kidnaping and rape of Elizabeth B. After a trial by jury defendant was found guilty of all five counts charged. He appeals from the judgment of conviction.
