GORDON, Justice:

Defendant Manuel Thomas Lujan appeals his convictions and sentences following a jury trial, for murder of the first degree, A.R.S. § 13 — 452, 1 and burglary of the first degree, A.R.S. § 13-302. Defendant was sentenced to fourteen to fifteen years imprisonment for burglary, and he was sentenced to death for murder. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to present A.R.S. § 13 — 4031.
