CAMERON, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal by the defendant, Robert Paul Brookover, from a jury verdict and judgment of guilt to the crime of murder in the first degree, A.R.S. § 13-454, * with a sentence thereon of death. We have jurisdiction pursuant to A.R.S. § 13 — 4031.
Although the defendant raises four questions on appeal, the thrust of defendant’s brief is addressed solely to the question of the imposition of the death penalty.
