This is a suit in trespass to try title brought in the District Court of Mason County by appellant against the appellees, to recover 320 acres of land situated in Mason County. The defendants answered by general demurrer, plea of not guilty, and pleaded in reconvention, setting out that they were the owners of the land, that plaintiff’s claim was a cloud on their title, and asked judgment for the land, and for the removal of the cloud on their title to the same.
