*220This is a proceeding commenced in 1916 in the Marshall circuit court undqr section 2380, Kentucky Statutes, to establish a drainage district along, the valley of Clark’s river in Marshall, Craves and McCrackencounties.

The petition was filed by two landowners in the drainage district in Marshall county and describes one large irregular boundary.
