The plaintiff, Florence H. Yates, brought this action against the defendants Commercial Bank & Trust Company, hereafter referred to as the bank, and Ed. Brannin, sheriff of Sweet Grass county, to recover damages for the conversion by the defendants of sheep, cattle, pigs and other personal property of which the plaintiff says she was the owner and in possession on May 21, 1925, the date of the alleged conversion.
