The City of Manitowoc appeals from a judgment that Regent Insurance Company, General Casualty Company of Wisconsin, Employers Insurance of Wausau, Viking Insurance Company of Wisconsin, Home Insurance Company, and Aetna Casualty & Surety Company did not have to defend or indemnify Manitowoc for environmental cleanup costs under the terms of their comprehensive general liability and excess-insurance policies. We affirm.
