Amcast Industrial Corporation appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment to numerous insurance companies that provided comprehensive general liability insurance and/or excess or "umbrella" coverage to Amcast. The trial court determined that City of Edgerton v. General Casualty Co., 184 Wis. 2d 750, 517 N.W.2d 463 (1994), controlled and negated the coverage sought by Amcast. Amcast appeals this decision and makes the following claims: (1) that it has incurred "damages" for which it is entitled to coverage because the harm was to property "not owned or occupied by Amcast"; (2)…
