Appellants, Paul R. Rosen, Esq., Spector Cohen Gadon & Rosen, P.C., Robert J. Bolton, George E. Meyer, and Leo A. Walker, III, appeal from an order granting defendants-appellees’ motion for summary judgment. The record reveals that appellee Tesoro unsuccessfully sued appellants in Texas state court for conversion, trespass, misappropriation of information, insider trading and civil conspiracy.
