The plaintiff, administrator on the estate of John S. Canham, deceased, sues in an action on the case for negligence for the benefit of the children of said John S. Canham, for damages arising from the death of said John S. Canham, resulting from his being struck by a car of the defendant company at Silver Hook station, in the town of Warwick, about six P. M., October 20, 1907. The case was tried before a justice of the Superior Court and a jury, October 24-25, 1910.
