This is an appeal from a judgment in appellee’s favor in a suit brought by him in the court below against appellants to quiet title to certain real estate and also to have set aside a deed to the same real estate made by the appellant Margaret Vincent to her eoappellant Lula Fay Evans. Margaret Vincent did not orginally assign error in this court. Later her guardian (appointed since the judgment below was rendered) filed a petition asking to assign error.
