This case was appealed to the Supreme Court' and was transferred to this court for want of jurisdiction. Appellees have filed a motion to dismiss the appeal and allege numerous reasons why the motion should be sustained.
From the record, the motion to dismiss and the answer of appellants to the motion, we find undisputed facts as follows: Appellant,' Clarence H.
