This matter is a dispute over a contract for online advertising. Defendant Google LLC connects companies that seek to advertise their goods or services with the publishers of webpages that wish to make a profit by placing ads on their webpages. Plaintiffs eOnline Global, Inc., Sonoran Online Marketing, LLC, and Four Peaks Online Marketing, LLC (collectively "Plaintiffs") are website publishers that have brought suit against Google for breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and for declaratory relief.…
