FOR THE COURT:

¶ 1. James Kenard Parish pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to sell. He now appeals the Harrison Country Circuit Court’s denial of his motion for post-conviction collateral relief (PCCR). This Court finds no error and affirms.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 2. Following Parish’s indictment on July 16, 2007, for possession of cocaine with the intent to sell, Parish entered a negotiated plea of guilty on December 3, 2007, to possession of a controlled substance with intent.
