This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff in a personal injury action.
A résumé of some of the facts supporting the judgment is as follows: In the early evening hours of December 1, 1961, on the eastbound Ventura Freeway there was a series of collisions of automobiles. Plaintiff was driving a 1961 Corvair Monza (Chevrolet) equipped with bucket seats, easterly on the freeway.
