I. INTRODUCTION
Tammie S. appeals from the order of the Cheyenne County Court, sitting as a juvenile court, which terminated her parental rights with regard to her daughter, Kindra S. Tammie alleges that the court erred in finding that her parental rights should be terminated, in overruling a motion in limine, and in failing to admit into evidence a statement of a former caseworker. We find that the State proved by clear and convincing evidence the grounds for termination of Tammie’s parental rights under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-292(7) (Reissue 2004). Given the facts of this case,…
