LOONEY, Justice.
All preliminary steps required by statute having been taken, Hess D. McNorton, employee of Morton Salt Company of Grand Saline, Tex., filed this suit against Texas Employers Insurance Association, the insurance carrier, as an appeal from the final award of the Industrial Accident Board, on a claim for compensation for accidental injuries sustained by the employee in the course of his employment.
