In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Levine, J.), dated October 1, 2004, which, upon an or*544der of the same court dated August 13, 2004, granting the motion of the defendants Arthur. Meltzer and Jennifer Meltzer for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them and the separate motion of the defendant City of New York for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it, dismissed the complaint.
