STROUD, Judge.

Defendant Trevor Wilks Forte ("defendant") appeals from his conviction of trafficking more than 14 grams, but less than 28 grams, of heroin by possession and of trafficking more than 14 grams, but less than 28 grams, of heroin by transportation. On appeal, defendant argues that his Fourth Amendment right against unreasonable searches was violated because the trial court allowed the State to retrieve location information from his cell phone without a search warrant.
