SIMEONE, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal by movant, Lester Leo Abrams, from an order of the circuit court of St. Charles County on February 21, 1974, denying appellant’s motion to vacate sentence under Rule 27.26, V.A.M.R. We affirm.

The movant, Mr. Abrams, pleaded guilty in December, 1971, to charges of burglary and stealing and received a sentence of six years on the burglary charge and four years on the stealing charge to run consecutively. Prior to this plea, he had pleaded guilty “seven or eight” times previously to “burglary and larceny.” In his motion to vacate, he contends that the…
