Vallie Fletcher brought a bail-trover action against Southern Auto Company to recover a described Plymouth automobile. The defendant denied all allegations of the petition. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff. The defendant’s motion for new trial was 'overruled, and in Southern Auto Company v. Fletcher, 66 Ga. App. 168 (11 S. E. 2d, 294), this court reversed the judgment.
