ORDER RE: MOTION TO DISMISS

This matter came before the undersigned on September 7, 2005 pursuant to assignment. Debtor Tichy Electric Company was represented by attorney John Titter. The Petitioning Creditors (“Creditors”) were represented by Attorney Joe Peiffer. After the presentation of evidence and argument, the Court took the matter under advisement.
