Plaintiff in error was tried in the County Court of Lake county on an information charging him with voting at the city election of Zion City, there held April 18, 1911, when he was not a resident of that city or county. A jury trial resulted in his conviction and he was sentenced to pay a fine of $250 and confinement in the county jail for ten days. It is not claimed that plaintiff in error was at that time a resident of said county or city.
