¶ 1. Ronald Beauchamp, June Rittenhouse, Robert Beauchamp, and Margaret Bou-langer (Appellants) appeal from a judgment and an order dismissing their negligence claim against the law firm of Lathrop & Clark, LLP, and James A. Kemme-ter, the attorney who drafted their uncle's will. They assert that, when extrinsic evidence of a testator's intent is available, third parties unnamed in a will should be permitted to maintain negligence actions against the drafting attorney.
