This is an appeal from an order which affirmed a decision of The Labor and Industry Review Commission of the State of Wisconsin (LIRC) denying unemployment compensation benefits to the officers and members of five nonstriking unions (the nonstriking workers) that had labor contracts with Ladish Company (Ladish).
