This case arises from a dispute about whether the Defendant Preferred Contractors Insurance Company Risk Retention Group, LLC (the “Defendant”) is obligated to indemnify the Plaintiff Certified MultiMedia Solutions, LTD (the “Plaintiff”) pursuant to a commercial general liability poli*232cy with regard tea third-party action pending in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Bronx County.
