Schwartz v. Accuratus Corp.

This case is a negligence action brought by Plaintiff Brenda Schwartz ("Mrs. Schwartz") and her husband Paul Schwartz ("Mr. Schwartz") against Defendant Accuratus Corporation, a manufacturer of beryllium-containing products. Plaintiffs bring these claims against Defendant Accuratus for harm they claim is the result of exposure to beryllium carried home from work on shoes and clothing by Mr. Schwartz and a third person who was their roommate.
