PAUL OETKEN, District Judge: Plaintiff Federal Insurance Company, as subrogee of Cranston Trucking Co., brings this action against Defendant CLE Transportation, Inc. for losses arising out of CLE’s failure to deliver a toothsome shipment of confections and potables from New York to California.
