Defendant Ray Lee Ross appeals from his convictions of two counts of attempted first degree murder, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury (“AWDWIKISI”), one count of attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, and one count of assault on a female. Defendant primarily contends on appeal that prior statements given by one of the victims were admitted in violation of his right to confrontation.
