Contrary to his pleas, Captain Nicholas S. Stewart was convicted by members sitting as a general court-martial of one specification of aggravated sexual assault in violation of Article 120(c)(2), Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 920 (2006). The members sentenced him to confinement for two years and a dismissal, and the convening authority approved the sentence as adjudged.
