¶ 1. Attorney James Ball and his clients, Noah Filppula-McArthur, a minor, by his guardian ad litem, Janet S. Angus, and Lori McArthur, appeal from an order assessing costs against Ball and revoking his pro hac vice admission. The McArthurs additionally appeal from the trial court's denial of their motions to reconsider various evidentiary rulings and its order that all rulings on motions in limine would apply to the subsequent trial.
