The original bill was filed in this cause December 18, 1951 by Don Huntington and Ralph W. Kuehl. The bill is divided into five counts. This is criticized in the defendant’s answer but becomes immaterial, even if it *154were otherwise objectionable, because an amended and supplemental bill was later filed which includes all the allegations of the five counts of the original bill, with appropriate alternative relief prayed.
