This is the second time this action for the declaration of a private road by strict necessity has been before this Court. See Anderson v. Mantel, 49 S.W.3d 760 (Mo. App. S.D.2001). The facts are more fully developed in that opinion, however, we will provide a brief synopsis for review of the issues pertinent to this case. Brent Anderson, Gina Anderson, Thomas Matthews, Mary K.
