Appellant contends that the court erred in overruling his motion for a continuance.(1) Appellant was indicted in February, arrested in April, and was tried at a special term which convened on the 19th of May. The regular term convened on the fourth Monday in August. The court did not err in overruling appellant’s motion for'a continuance.
