Steele Hays, Justice.
William E. Baxter, a steel worker for Barg Steel Company, Inc., sustained serious injuries when he fell from a building he was helping to erect. He sued the owner-contractor, Grobmyer Brothers Construction Company, which joined Barg Steel and Carl Nash, d/b/a Nash Masonry Company, as third-party defendants. Both Nash and Barg were subsequently dismissed from the case.
