This is an appeal by Mary Karpiel from a decree in divorce at the suit of her husband, Joseph Karpiel. The libel charged (1) that the respondent had, by cruel and barbarous treatment, endangered the life of libellant, and (2) offered such indignities to the person of libellant as to render his condition intolerable and life burdensome. A bill of particulars was filed by libellant. A responsive answer was filed by respondent, denying the allegations in the libel and bill of particulars.
