The subject of these appeals has been adequately discussed and treated pro and con in the relatively recent cases of Smith, Admr., v. United Properties, Inc., and Schilliger v. Graceland Shoppers Mart, Inc., 2 Ohio St. 2d 310, 209 N. E. 2d 142, and further amplification would be superfluous.
