I. INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the Court on Defendant Abbott Laboratories’ motion for summary judgment. [Docket Item 67.] Plaintiff Kim Wolpert alleges that Defendant Abbott Laboratories discriminated against her on the basis of her sex and her pregnancy in violation of the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (“NJLAD”) N.J. Stat. Ann. § 10:5-12(a), and additionally violated her rights under the Federal Family Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq. and the New Jersey Family Leave Act (“NJFLA”), N.J. Stat.
