Appellant, David 0. Smith II, appeals from the trial court’s division of property in the parties’ dissolution proceeding. Appellant alleges that the trial court erred in not finding certain property to be his separate property and that the court’s valuation of a townhouse was against the weight of the evidence. We affirm the court’s division of property.
