OPINION OF THE COURT

Duncan, Judge:

The appellant, Airman Basic Robert K. Seigle, after having been given all cautionary warnings required, confessed in writing to larceny of 74 phonograph record albums and a General Electric portable phonograph from the Base Exchange at Minot Air Force Base. Herein, we are concerned with whether there is sufficient evidence corroborative of the confession as required by paragraph 140a (5) Manual for Courts-Martial, United States, 1969 (Rev.).
