This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court for Charles County, dissolving a preliminary injunction restraining Harry Guy, the appellee, from engaging in the barbering business within the corporate limits of the town of La Plata, because of an alleged violation of an agreement between him and R. Clement Griffin, the appellant.
