By verdict of a jury, the defendant was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle in a reckless manner over a public highway, in violation of Rem. Rev. Stat., §6362-45 [P. C. §196-45]. Motions in arrest of judgment and for a new trial were interposed and overruled. Judgment was entered upon the verdict and a jail sentence imposed, together with costs. This appeal is from the judgment and sentence.
