Robert Douglas, a negro man, assisted by Ms son, Willie Douglas, whose age is not disclosed by the testimony, was engaged in delivering ice in the city of Pine Bluff, and, while so engaged, a large block of ice fell from the rear of the delivery wagon, striking and injuring a boy about ten years of age, the son of the appellee. The appellee brought suit in his own right and for the benefit of his minor son for damages for the injury, alleging that the same was occasioned by the negligence of the two negroes while in the employ of the appellant, Ice 'Service Company.
