KIRSHBAUM, Judge.

Plaintiff, Carlos Villareal, appeals an order of the district court affirming a sentence imposed by the defendant county court judge as a result of a guilty plea to a traffic violation. We affirm.

Plaintiff, born June 1, 1963, was charged in the Denver County Court with violating three Denver ordinances regulating the operation of motor vehicles when he drove a car without a license in December of 1978.
