I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Jonathan B. Eichelman (“Plaintiff’ or “Eichelman”) brought this action against, inter alia, Defendants Lancaster County (“the County”); Vincent Guarini, the warden of the Lancaster County Prison (“Warden Guarini”); Corrections Officer M. King (“C.O.King”); and Corrections Officer Torres (“C.O.Torres”). 1 He seeks monetary relief relating to his treatment while detained in the Lancaster County Prison (“the Prison”) for a short period of time in June 2005.
