{¶1} Defendants-appellants Gateway Heathcare Centre, L.L.C. ("Gateway"), Monique Lumpkin, and Laurie Urbanowicz (collectively "defendants") appeal from the trial court's decision that denied their motion for a directed verdict and from the decision that denied their motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict ("JNOV") or, in the alternative, motion for remittitur.
