Complaint by the appellee, in two paragraphs, for the review of a judgment rendered in the court below in favor of the appellant’s relators, against the appellee and others. The appellant’s demurrer, filed to each paragraph of the appellee’s complaint, was sustained as to the first and overruled as to the second paragraph. The only error assigned in this court was the overruling of such demurrer to the second paragraph of the appellee’s complaint.
