OPINION AND ORDER
DOMINGUEZ, District Judge.
Plaintiffs filed this complaint for copyright violations, on February 6, 2002, pursuant to 17 U.S.C. 501 et seq. (Docket No. 1). Then, on February 20, 2002, Plaintiffs filed a Motion Requesting Leave to Serve Summons by Publication. (Docket No. 2). In their motion, Plaintiffs assert that the Defendants are residents of the Dominican Republic, and that their address in that country is “Ave. Pasteur 254, Sector Gazcue, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.” They have requested permission from this Court to authorize the service of summons by publication.…
