OPINION

MINZNER, Judge.

Convicted by a jury of one count of child abuse resulting in death, in violation of NMSA 1978, Section 30-6-1(C)(2) (Repl. Pamp.1984), defendant appeals. This court reversed defendant’s conviction, after assignment to the summary calendar, over the state’s objection. See State v. Leal, Ct.App.No. 7945 (Filed August 21, 1984). Having granted certiorari, the supreme court reversed and remanded the case for reassignment to the limited calendar. See State v. Leal, 103 N.M. 299, 706 P.2d 510 (1985).
